Fixme sums up the experience and passion of the three co-founders: Roberto Rossi, Stefano Aiesi and Fabrizio Russo.

After many years spent working behind some of the most renowned bar counters in Italy, Paris, Dubai and South-East Asia, Roberto and Stefano finally met in Milan in 2018. Later on they met Fabrizio, a food enthusiast that was working as hygiene and security consultant in some of the best restaurants in the city.

Every one of us is driven by an unstoppable need of knowledge and challenge and we realized that in many ways our network was our first strength, more than techniques, mixing skills or what so ever.

Our goal is to reach whoever in the hospitality business feels that this extraordinary times need a new approach and more crossovers for open minded entrepreneurs.
